Welcome to Elm Street Brewing Co's new brewing space, where tradition meets innovation in the heart of Muncie, Indiana. Just five months ago, we embarked on a journey to double our brewing capacity, relocating to the historic Hoosier Hearth, a former fireplace and wood stove manufacturer. Within these industrial walls, we're crafting a new chapter in our brewing story.
Our expanded space not only allows us to brew more beer but also sets the stage for exciting new ventures. From launching a barrel project to opening a small taproom, we're pushing boundaries and embracing the future of craft brewing. During the winter months, guests can bask in the warm glow of the centerpiece wood stove, while in the summer, they can enjoy the open air and natural light streaming into the taproom.
But our taproom isn't just for beer enthusiasts. In the mornings, it transforms into a cozy coffee shop named 7 Rock Brew, welcoming early risers with the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and the promise of a perfect start to the day. Whether you're here for a morning pick-me-up or an evening pint, we invite you to savor the experience, soak in the ambiance, and be part of our brewing community.
